1. Check if you have purchased Grid Diary Classic Pro

Grid Diary Classic and the new Grid Diary are two independent applications, so Grid Diary Classic Pro cannot be activated on the new Grid Diary. Click here to learn more.

2. Check your original order

Orders from different stores are separated. For example, if you originally purchased on the App Store, you can only restore purchase on the iOS device. Grid Diary currently supports orders from the App Store, Google Play, and WeChat Pay.

3. Check your network condition

Please make sure your network connection is working. You can also try switching Wi-Fi or cellular data networks, or turn off the VPN and try again.
